✅ "I feel like vomiting." / "I feel nauseous."
"Vomit" is a verb/noun. Use "feel like vomiting" or "feel nauseous" (sick feeling).
❌ "My body is paining."
✅ "My body is aching." / "My whole body hurts."
"Paining" is Indian English. Standard English uses "aching" or "hurting".
❌ "I caught cold."
✅ "I caught a cold."
Always use "a" with "cold" (illness): "I have a cold", "I caught a cold".
❌ "I am not feeling good."
✅ "I’m not feeling well."
For health, use "well" not "good": "I’m not feeling well" / "I don’t feel well".
