❌ Common Mistakes Indians Make

❌ "I want book about animals."
✅ "I want a book about animals."
Always use "a" or "an" before singular countable nouns: "a book", "an adventure".
❌ "This book is very much interesting."
✅ "This book is very interesting."
Don’t use "very much" with adjectives. Say "very interesting" not "very much interesting".
❌ "Where the children’s section is?"
✅ "Where is the children’s section?"
In questions, put "is" before the subject: "Where is…", not "Where… is".
❌ "I have already readed this book."
✅ "I have already read this book."
Past participle of ‘read’ is ‘read’ (pronounced ‘red’), not ‘readed’.
❌ "The book is having 200 pages."
✅ "The book has 200 pages."
Don’t use continuous tense with ‘have’ for possession. Say "has" not "is having".
